Small Group Training

Small group training is an option for many people for whatever reason. Maybe you feet that you are not quite up for one-on-one training or you may thrive in the group environment. Come on out and check us out.

Currently I have two sessions of small group training both with a weight loss focus.

These sessions are on Monday and Wednesday night at 7pm.
