Partner training can be a way of getting all the benefits of one-on-one training but at a fraction of the cost. If you have a training partner with similar goals you can workout together, getting the added motivation of showing up each time, working hard every sessionĀ and saving some money at the same time.

You will get the individual attention and instruction of on-on-one training and the nutrition advice as well.
